Having considerable expertise and extensive contacts in Southern Africa, Managing Partner Fay Voysey-Smit is growing Boyden’s presence in the region, with a focus on key growth industries. She is the former Global Consumer Practice group leader and is currently a member of the Consumer & Retail, Industrial, Human Resources, and Social Impact Practices, with particular expertise in consumer goods, mining, oil & gas and manufacturing, among others.

Farah Esmail is a strategic business advisor with 20 years’ experience in North America and Africa, and a special focus on social impact and social enterprise. Her strong background in senior management roles in corporate governance, legal, strategy and HR make her an invaluable resource to clients in developing strategies and recruiting leadership to drive sustainable growth and make an impact.
