The Diversity Leadership Councils of the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) are comprised of representatives from member firms in four regions: North America, Latin America, Europe and Africa, and Asia Pacific. Their purpose is to ensure progress on the mission stated in the AESC Diversity Pledge, developed by a team including Trina Gordon, Boyden’s President & CEO.
