With over 30 years of international experience in business and academic settings, Ali is a vision-driven, forward-thinking leader who promotes inclusiveness and champions impactful initiatives. His collaborative style has led him to engage community leaders, faculty, staff, students and alumni in building mutually beneficial partnerships that improve outcomes for the university and the community.

I am grateful to Dr. Greg Fleet, who has been serving as the acting dean of business on an interim basis while we searched for a new dean. His dedication and leadership during this period have been invaluable.
Please join me in congratulating Ali on his appointment as the new dean of business. With his broad range of experiences and unwavering commitment to the field, he brings invaluable expertise to our academic community. I am confident that his leadership will enhance the success of the faculty of business in the years ahead.
