Public Health Ontario proudly announces the appointment of Pierre Bou-Mansour as new Chief Laboratory Operations Officer. A member of the leadership team, Pierre Bou-Mansour will provide executive leadership for Public Health Ontario's laboratory operations. Pierre is a senior leader with more than 25 years of experience. He is the founder and Chief Solutions Partner of Tipping Point Solutions, a Toronto-based management consulting company.
Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer for LifeLabs Medical Laboratory. Pierre previously served in executive positions at Novartis Consumer Health, Bausch & Lomb, General Motors and Toyota Manufacturing Canada. He has worked in Europe, Asia and South America where he supported and led the set up and launch of manufacturing operations for high profile companies.
Pierre holds a diploma in engineering from St. Francis Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Dalhousie University. He is a licenced engineer (P.Eng.)
