Deborah is a multi-faceted HR Leader with nearly 20 years of experience driving change, championing corporate cultures, and executing strategy. Deborah is an empathetic and trusted Talent Management Advocate who blends employee development with the organization’s mission to achieve success, using a coaching mindset. Deborah has a diverse background and has worked as an HR leader for top-tier, Canadian organizations, such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, and Holt Renfrew. Most recently, in her role as CPO at Entourage Health Corp, a publicly-traded cannabis company, she led the HR strategy and built the HR infrastructure. During her tenure, she was able to transform the organizational culture and create a performance and values-based mindset.
In her role at PEO, Deborah will lead the Talent Management and Corporate Administration Teams, including HR & Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Facilities & Building Operations, and Events Management & Reception, and will be accountable for managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting organizational effectiveness through the delivery of HR programs. Deborah will also collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team, to provide recommendations on effective and sustainable talent management and organization design to support the over-arching strategy in alignment with all people initiatives.
Deborah has her Masters in Industrial Relations/Human Resources and is the proud recipient of being one of Women we Admire’s top 50 women leaders of Toronto in 2022.

Effective September 25, 2023, Americo will oversee and optimize our regulatory operations and compliance efforts, with executive responsibility for licensing, enforcement, complaints, discipline and other regulatory functions as assigned.
Americo is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of engineering, planning, project management and business experience encompassing many engineering disciplines. Over the course of his career, he has held several leadership and executive positions, including 18 years with TELUS. He brings with him an extensive and diverse breadth of experience. His rich engineering experience, diverse skillset and expertise in strategy development, operational excellence, technology, infrastructure, governance, regulatory compliance and business transformation will serve Americo very well in his new role.
Americo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Victoria and is a licensed Professional Engineer who graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering. In addition, Americo holds certifications in Project and Business Management from the Schulich School of Business & Baldwin Wallace University.
