Northern Savings Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefan Delloch as President and CEO of Northern Savings, commencing immediately.
The Board conducted a national search for Northern Savings’ new leader when past CEO, Bob Marshall, announced his plans for retirement at the end of 2021. With the assistance of a leading- edge executive recruitment firm, Northern Savings’ Board of Directors found the right leader in Stefan Delloch.
“It was imperative that the Board followed a comprehensive process to ensure that we selected the absolute best candidate for this critical leadership role in our organization. We are extremely pleased to name a local talent as our new leader. Stefan is fully committed to our members, clients, and communities here in the North,” stated Northern Savings’ Board Chair, Jamie Malthus.
During his 21-year tenure with Northern Savings, Stefan has demonstrated an exceptionally strong member-centric approach to doing business. He has made substantial contributions in numerous roles during his career, with his most recent positions held as Vice President of Operations and Interim CEO. “Stefan excels in the areas of strategic thinking and leadership and is deeply committed to our organization’s mission, vision, and values,” added Malthus.
In regards to his newly appointed position, Stefan acknowledged, “Our Credit Union will be unwavering in its commitment to provide exceptional service to our members and clients, and to create positive social impact on the North Coast.” The team at Northern Savings is looking forward to continuing to work alongside Stefan, as they deliver their vision of neighbours helping neighbours to build sustainable communities.
