Considered one of the rising stars of Australian business, and governance, Melinda is a non-executive director of ASX Limited (ASX), OzForex Group Limited and the Reject Shop Limited, and has previously been on the boards of David Jones Limited and APN News & Media Limited. Melinda is also a director of the Centre of Independent Studies and the George Institute for Global Health.

She has been a strategy and marketing advisor, an executive with Colgate-Palmolive, and founded and managed a retail business. Ms Conrad is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
