I am happy to share that Noelle Coombe is CAMH’s new VP, Digital Health and Chief Information Officer.

In 2014, she became the Senior Manager, Clinical Applications. In 2017, the Director of Health Information Management. In 2020, the Director HIM and Clinical Systems Innovation, including holding the Acting Director Information and Privacy Officer for 18 months. And, in 2023, Noelle stepped into the Interim VP IMG and Chief Information Officer and Privacy role.
During her time at CAMH, Noelle has supported a number of transformational initiatives in our information management and technology journey. She had a critical role in the implementation of I-CARE, our electronic health record, its optimization and innovation over the last ten years and its development as a key component of our digital ecosystem. The evolution of I-CARE has been the foundation that has catapulted CAMH and its digital leadership resulting in many global certifications and achievements.

Noelle has a Masters certificate in Project Management from Schulich and a BA in Political Science and she will be starting her Masters of Health Science at UofT’s Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation this fall.
