369 Global Executive Chairman Muraly Srinarayanathas announces that Leanne Spier will assume the inaugural Chief Financial Officer role. Leanne officially assumed her new role on January 3, 2023.
Leanne was selected as the result of an extensive search which drew the interest of candidates from across the country, stepping into the role as 369 Global’s inaugural CFO.
Leanne is a strategic and results-driven executive with more than 20 years of senior financial leadership experience in both private and public sectors. She was previously Vice President, Finance for global engineering and construction organizations and has worked in manufacturing and retail. Leanne excels in business strategy and planning, acquisitions, commercial contracting, real estate, administration and compliance.
She is also currently a board member for a non-profit organization and an advisory board member for the CFO Leadership Council. Leanne graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Originally from Calgary, Alberta, she has lived and worked in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Atlanta, Georgia, London (UK), and is currently based in Toronto, Ontario.
