MASTER CLASS II: Stand-Out Board Positioning Workshop
Each organization has unique board requirements. For anyone embarking on their board journey, it is important to understand what strategies are most effective in targeting efforts towards joining a board, be it non-profit (NFP), crown agency, or corporate.
In the second session of our Board Journey 360 Master Class Series, Boyden's Board recruitment experts, Morgan R. Campbell and Renee Young explore topics aimed to help professionals stand-out as a board director candidate. During the live webinar held in July 2021, the session covers refinement of a board resume to accurately reflect value position/accomplishments/capabilities, networking, volunteer experience, and examine the value of certifications. The workshop concludes with a segment on board interview preparation tips, including sample questions board candidates may anticipate.
