Announcement by The Lung Association, Saskatchewan Board Chair, Karen Davis:
On behalf of staff and board of directors of The Lung Association, Saskatchewan, we are so pleased to announce that Erin Kuan joined our lung family as President and CEO of The Lung Association, Saskatchewan on January 13, 2020.
Erin is joining The Lung Association after a twenty-year career with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, serving most recently as the President of both the Saskatchewan and Manitoba Societies. With over 25 years of non-for profit experience with diverse health populations as well as significant fundraising, marketing and leadership tenure, Erin is thrilled to join the Lung family. She looks forward to leading and working alongside the talented team of volunteers and staff through the next phase of the organization, including re-location of The Lung Association office which has been home to the organization for over 40 years. “I am inspired by the foundation of community care, collaboration, research and support that The Lung Association of Saskatchewan has established, not only in our province but across Canada. I look forward to harnessing the innovation and impact that has served so many stakeholders in the areas of lung health and disease prevention.”
Erin and her family embrace and enjoy healthy and active lifestyles. She and her husband support their two children; their daughter who attends the University of Saskatchewan and their son, much further south at the University of Quincy - Illinois. To replenish, they spend lots of quality time at their family cottage.
We look forward to introducing you to Erin in person at the next available opportunity.
Please join us in welcoming Erin.
