Boyden is pleased to share the appointment news of Kerri Jackson, a recruitment led by Lisa Kershaw & Derrick Chow
July 08, 2020 - Vancouver, BC
On July 7, 2020 Kerri Jackson joined Concert as our new Senior Vice President, Property Management, overseeing all residential rental and commercial activities across the country. She is based in the Vancouver head office.
Kerri is an experienced leader who brings 13 years of residential property management experience to this role, having managed portfolios across Canada ranging in size from 3,500 to 10,000 suites. Most recently, Kerri was Vice President, Residential Operations at QuadReal Property Group, where she provided strategic direction to property management teams across the Canadian Residential portfolio.
Kerri was an integral member of the team responsible for creating a digital residential platform providing app-based interactions to residents and applicants. Kerri also worked internally with a staff advisory panel to ensure any process improvement initiatives are truly beneficial to both staff and clients. Kerri holds a Master of Business Administration from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor.
Kerri steps into the role vacated by Bev Greene, who retired on June 30, 2020 after a 20-year tenure. Bev stayed on past her scheduled retirement date to ensure a smooth transition during COVID-19.
“We thank Bev for her many substantive contributions in leading this portfolio, including her leadership during the onset of COVID-19 and helping to ensure a smooth transition to Kerri,” says Brian McCauley, Concert President and CEO. “We look forward to having Kerri lead our efforts for continual improvement and digital transformation as we strive to get closer to our residential and commercial tenants across Canada. Please join me in welcoming Kerri to the Concert family."
