COPENHAGEN, 4 MARCH 2024 – Boyden, one of the leading global consulting companies in top management recruitment, is expanding the team on the Danish market. René Toldbod, who has extensive experience from top management, joins as a new partner and thus strengthens Boyden's already strong presence in Denmark
Increasing market share on the Danish market
For several years, Boyden A/S has had constant growth and thus defied the trend in the industry, where several players have been challenged. René Toldbod joins the partnership with Henrik Harbo and Morten Winther, which will support the continued growth strategy for Boyden.
”In terms of turnover, we had a record year last year, and have had a really good start to 2024. The goal is to continue the positive development, where we take market shares from the heavy, established players in the industry. Therefore, we are of course proud and happy that a capacity like René Toldbod, who is an experienced, modern leader with an eye for future management, wants to join us on our journey", says Morten Winther, who together with Henrik Harbo is Managing Partner in Boyden.

Anyone can be a 'search' company
René Toldbod has, among other things, a background as a chief consultant in the recruitment industry, before he switched to OK a.m.b.a., where for 10 years he was part of the top management of the energy company as CHRO and communications director. He sees it as a completely natural step to return to the consulting world.
”Boyden is an interesting brand and a company on its way forward in Denmark. It appeals to me to become part of a larger, well-consolidated, international set-up that has built up a strong market position in just a few years", says the future partner.
