- Dearbhail McDonald, Journalist, Author, Broadcaster and Board Director | Moderator: Dearbhail is an award-winning Journalist, Author, Broadcaster and Board Director. A global Eisenhower Fellow, the former Group Business Editor of Independent News And Media is a recipient of numerous awards for her journalism including the Mary Cummins Award for Women of Outstanding Achievement in Media and Outstanding Achievement Award from the USC Smurfit Business School for her contribution to Business Journalism. The author of ‘Bust: How the Courts Exposed the Rotten Heart of the Irish Economy’, Dearbhail currently chairs the Strategy Committee of the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris.
- David W. Duffy, CEO & Co-founder of The Corporate Governance Institute: David is the co-founder and CEO of The Corporate Governance Institute whose mission is to democratise the education of directors globally. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a corporate governance practitioner and the author “A Practical Guide to Corporate Governance" and “A Practical Guide for Company Directors” both published by Chartered Accountants Ireland.
- John Dembitz, Chairman & NED: John is Chairman of TITUS International, Anstey Horne, and Women on Boards, and a non-executive director of Venquis, and Cripps. In addition to his directorships, John serves on the board of a number of charities, is Chairman of Boyden UK & Ireland and undertakes mentoring/coaching of non-executive directors.
- Gillian Harford, Country Executive, 30% Club Ireland: Gillian is a senior HR Executive who works directly with client organisations focusing on diversity and workplace change. Sponsored by EY she also operates as the Country Executive for the 30% Club, a global campaign supported by Chairs and CEOs driving gender balance on Boards and at cSuite. Gillian is the former Head of HR Strategy & Planning with AIB where, with a career spanning almost 40 years, she has been responsible for significant people change with particular focus on Culture, Career, Diversity and Agile Work.
- Conor Brady, Chair, Author, and Journalist: Conor has served on numerous boards, in the private, public and NGO sectors, both in Ireland and internationally. He is currently Chair and co-founder of CaliberAI, a high-tech company that builds algorithms to detect defamatory or harmful content and Vice-Chair of Midlands Radio 103. He is the former Chair of TLAC (that selects leaders for the public service). In 2005 he was appointed by the President of Ireland to be Commissioner at GSOC, the Garda Siochana oversight body. Conor was editor in chief of The Irish Times Group and editor of The Sunday Tribune.
