After a business career scanning three decades and having lived and worked on four continents, Tom is now retired from full-time executive life and lives on the northeast coast of the United States. Tom presently serves as a non-executive director for Alcoa Corporation, Orora Limited, Sims Limited, and Worley Limited and is a Trustee of the Maine Chapter of the Nature Conservancy. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Brambles Limited for 7 years, retiring in February 2017. Prior to joining Brambles, Tom held a number of senior executive positions over a 21-year career at Ford Motor Company, culminating in President of Ford Australia from 2004 to 2008.
