About Board Journey 360o
Presented in partnership by Boyden and International Women's Forum, the Board Journey 360o program was originally designed as an bespoke Master Class Series with a purpose to inspire and empower diverse professionals along their board director journey. The series explored all elements from recruiting to service, and what’s beyond in a hybrid program comprised of a four-part virtual workshop that included live instruction, interactive discussion, breakouts, and multiple expert speakers across the board leadership spectrum.
Each master class focused on a specific component of the journey, incorporating a versatile format into each session, all together providing a 360o perspective into the board journey. It is designed to allow for enrichment from experts and peer-to-peer discussions.
The evolved Fireside Series brings focus to the unique stories board directors share of their journey to continue the dialogue and learnings of the Master Class Series.
