William Farrell has been with Boyden for over 30 years. As the former lead in Greater China, he has extensive experience working across the Asia Pacific region. He also has comprehensive knowledge of the Southeast Asia market. His search experience includes working in industrial manufacturing, shipping and logistics, and financial services. In addition, Bill has served as a Board Director for NGOs and private companies for 20-plus years. He is currently leading Boyden’s Taiwan and South Korea offices, and focuses on recruiting for Board, CEO and other leadership roles across functional lines.

Chainarong Indharameesup, Boyden Thailand’s founder, is known for his success in placing executives in diverse industries, mainly with Thai multinationals and conglomerates. His remarkable career, which has included advising Thailand’s prime minister and holding leadership roles on boards, has enabled Chainarong to develop an impressive network – giving clients access to elite local candidates.

Stephen Irish has lived in Japan for over 25 years and focused on executive search in the healthcare and life sciences sector for the past 20. Allan Marks is widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading executive search consultants. In addition to his background in finance, he has extensive experience in the executive search industry throughout Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America as well as Australia. Allan focuses on CEO and C-level appointments and board roles. He is a member of the Boyden World Corporation Board and is the Regional Leader of the CEO and Board Services Practice for APAC.

Giuseppe Milito has two decades of experience in executive search, and has served as a practice leader for the consumer & retail industry at the global level. His background also includes leadership roles in the consumer sector, with extensive international experience, particularly in Asia Pacific. Giuseppe has lived and worked in Asia for nearly 25 years.

Managing Partner Dinesh Mirchandani has been with Boyden since 1994. During his distinguished executive search career, he has completed numerous senior-level search assignments across industries and functions. Dinesh is highly proficient in cross-border search, and has a deep understanding of both Indian and Western business cultures, from having lived in the US for more than a decade.

Neil Morrison has extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting, with a deep focus in logistics and transportation. He has held senior management roles in global organisations and founded a search firm, which he headed for 13 years prior to joining Boyden. Having lived and worked in Asia for over 25 years, Neil has a vast network and nuanced understanding of the market.

Mirko Petrelli offers a wealth of expertise from his extensive background in executive search, leadership advisory and HR management.
