The Canadian Space Summit is Canada’s only annual conference dedicated to the whole of the Canadian space industry. Since 2000, the Summit has reached thousands of Canadian stakeholders from government, industry, academic and public roles.
In February 2019, Canada formally announced the collaboration with NASA in the Lunar Gateway program. This will be Canada’s first major lunar mission, and hence the theme of this year’s Summit is set to be “From LEO to Lunar”.

Summit Hosts
The Canadian Space Summit was introduced by the Canadian Space Society (CSS) in 2000. With many of Canada’s top space professionals on board, the CSS is made up of enthusiasts of all backgrounds pursuing the exploration and development of the Solar System and beyond. In 2018, Satellite Canada Innovation Network (SatCan) joined to co-host the Summit in Ottawa. SatCan is a visionary initiative launched to grow Canada's leadership position in the global space industry, and advance the government's Innovation Agenda.
