Please note the following key dates and milestones in your calendar. If you foresee any conflicts, please let us know as soon as you can: 

• Week of April 15: Finalization of application materials to share with the Selection Committee.
• April 25: Long List Meeting (You will not be in attendance, but this is when the committee will be deciding on a short list for interviews)
• May 7/8: First Round Virtual Interviews
• May 29: Second Round In-Person Interviews (Sudbury, ON)
• May-June: Referencing, background checks, negotiation of offer, and ratification by NOSM U's Board
• Summer 2024: Start date
