Jeff Hodge has been active in the executive search industry for more than three decades. Holding leadership roles within other top firms and founding his own, with a focus on board and C-level roles. He has been working with boards since the mid-1980s and has been a key driver to make boards more effective, accountable and diverse. He is passionate about considering a wide slate of highly qualified candidates and has been a pioneer in diversity solutions. He defines success in search on how well the placements do after they are on board.
