Position Summary

The incoming Donor Services (DS) Associate will join a team of three on the Donor Services team. The DS Associate will have solid knowledge of Excel, understand the inner workings of a Customer Relationship Management software system (CRM), enter and manage donor contributions within our database/CRM, and assist in month end reconciliation as directed by the Manager, Donor Services.  The DS Associate will be customer service focused and respond to donor inquiries in a timely fashion. The DS Associate will ensure receipt of matching gift contributions and soft-credit applications. DS Associate will also manage monthly EFTs, generate ad hoc reports and data analytics for different contribution Funds and assist in developing training materials for field volunteers. Some travel is required for events. Evening/weekend work may be required occasionally. This position is full-time/exempt and reports to the Manager, Donor Services.
