If some search clients wish to recruit second level managers, beyond Boyden’s usual business of recruitment for CEO’s, C-level executives and other senior executives, in some locations we also provide this service.

Boyden International Recruiting (BIR) and Boyden Selection are structured to recruit candidates for these positions. Boyden Selection and BIR use print and electronic advertising media to attract high-quality second level managers, filling positions for clients, identifying, assessing and placing these candidates as needed. We have senior professionals whose only focus is providing this service to some of our clients, and they are often located in separate offices.
